Trust starts
with clarity.
You should be able to see what an answer is based on—and what still needs checking.
Where our latest guides come from
Our Casablanca guides draw each fact from a dated evidence record and show its status badge. The train guide uses limited factual information from ONCF ticket conditions. The arrival guide points to ONDA airport assistance information. The entry guide explains the fields in the official Accès Maroc eligibility form. Each guide links to its source and describes what was checked.
Some ONCF and ONDA information was accessible through indexed primary-source extracts rather than a direct live page. We disclose that limitation and do not present prices, schedules, pickup points or eligibility as verified. Check the authority’s own service before acting.
Our checklists and suggested questions are original editorial guidance. These guides do not reproduce third-party photographs, complete articles or policy documents, and do not imply endorsement by the linked organizations.
Different kinds of information
Official information: follow the linked authority for current requirements. Provider statements: written terms are evidence of what was promised, not independent verification. Editorial guidance: preparation questions and suggestions reflect judgment.
What the badges mean
In our Casablanca and Marrakech guides, every price, time or rule carries a badge, and each badge links to its source at the foot of the page.
- Source-checked, with a date: we read the operator’s or authority’s own page on that date.
- Official figure, with a date: the number is printed on a government or tourism-council page read that day. It has not been seen on a visit.
- Unconfirmed: our sources are indirect, incomplete or secondary. We show the figure as the best available, never as settled.
- Sources disagree: the sources give different answers, so we show that rather than choose one.
- Field-checked, with a date: we saw it ourselves, in person, on that date. No fact carries this badge yet.
- Our advice: marks our own judgement, not a fact.
The index of every fact we publish lists them all in one place.
Dates have a meaning
A page update records an editorial change. A source-review date records an online check. Neither means someone inspected a location. We do not claim local field verification in this edition.
What our tools do now
The quote calculator performs arithmetic. The tour worksheet organizes the terms you enter and identifies fields you left blank. Neither reads an offer automatically, verifies a business or recommends a provider using AI. The fare log lists prices quoted to us in person; it has no entries yet.
How we intend to use AI
A future assistant should explain tradeoffs using your priorities and visible evidence. It should distinguish quoted terms from interpretation, ask when information is missing and allow “not enough information.” It must not invent prices, availability or safety assurances. This service is not connected yet.
Commercial independence
There are no commissions or paid rankings in this edition. Read our commercial disclosures.
Accountability is still a gap
The site now names its editor, Omar Oujoud, on every page. A monitored corrections contact still needs to be established. See our contact status and improvement plan. We do not present this early edition as a fully verified travel authority.
